At Litehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your home decor or lighting fixture isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
